Compared to a lot of the cheesy scare tactics-this place is a lot more original-with the phobia style scares even my husband was starting to feel his adrenaline pumping. We had three teenaged girls with us and they screamed more than a few times. The "swamp" is by far the neatest part of any haunted house that we have been to in all of the years we have been going.

I attended this haunted house last year expecting great things from "The world's biggest haunted house!". Long story short, it was terrible. The scariest thing about this haunted house is the price for what you get out of it, more than anything i just tired legs from walking all over and up four floors. I understand it may be "exciting" going to the worlds largest haunted house but please believe me when I say do not waste the money on this, for the price you can find much better haunted attractions all over Michigan.

Had Fun, Could be Scarier
I really enjoyed the time me & my friends spent here on a Saturday night. However, I probably wouldn't make a return trip. The main benefit of this place is its location in metro Detroit. Some positives where the crazy machines/animatronics that were very details and impressive. Also, some of the scenes were well done making me feel like i was in an episode of "Are You Afraid of The Dark". There was also a short mirror maze. However, some negatives were the hour & 40 minute wait, the 28 dollar price, and the lack of actors. Most places i've been, the actors scare the crap out of you before you even get in the door. Don't expect that here. The long line was a pain but TIP: you can reserve tickets for midnight or later and join the line right at the door (if you don't feel like waiting in main line the whole time. Finally, the length of the scare did not equal and hour. Once you get in the door you still have a long way to go before any real scaring happens. I'd say the total time of the actual haunted hour was about 30 to 40 minutes (and thats with lots of people). There also only one attraction, other places offer several different haunted attractions in a festival type setting. So come check this place out, see for yourself. If you're looking for the best, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a good time around halloween thats close and with some great scenes. this is for you.
